OMG, when i log in... (was just testing something i didint patch every thing so it would mess up anyway) the things where in korean... ws it always like this? Or is it jsut me, and never was like this?

If you click on "start game" from the patchers, they will be in Korean, with no one on.

DragonRO.exe should NOT be on your desktop. It should be in your RO folder, and a _shortcut_ should be on your desktop so you can play.
