Its not a database. I traveled the lands and found quite a few equip quest npcs. I keep a personal list of the items and the requirements, along with the exact locations of the npcs. :P
Yeah. I have no life.
I'm thinking about maybe posting my list for all to use. Or i could just let them find them on their on like i did.
