I think certain droppable items might be questable b.c of the lvl of monster that drops them...or simply the map they are on. How many players could actually acquire this item in game?
Not saying i agree with it...but that might be the reason?

It shouldn't matter if you have a High class or not. This is a fairly nice weapon and if you can't obtain it through killing the monster that drops it you should have a hard quest.

It's possible to kill him with any class.
Even novice.
Just get a good pet and act dead.
There's always a way, you just need to keep trying.

And I don't think anybody should be allowed to quest for an item which is dropped ingame, that negates the WHOLE point of the quest system. If you aren't high enough to kill the mob that drops an item you need, TOUGH SHIT. Get to that level. End of.
