Alright, here's my two cents.
I was messing around on this complete database of eAthena.
And I found some OMGWTFLOL hats.
Soooooooooooo... I asked Yoko to @item one of my favorite ones.
It ended up being blank.
It had the icon of the item, but no name, and no nothing.
It's supposed to only work in an event.
Also, because we do not have events such as iRO anniversary, and mother's day, how about ALL items work outside of events?

Call me whatever you like, but I'm sure some people agree...

Sounds fine as long as the items are not too over powered.
