how do people get multiuple servers on thier machine
because one server might have one data folder and another server's data folder might be different
for example nuke plays on 2 servers(i think) :unsure:

lol actually no i dont i paly on dro and i test programs i make for dro on my own server but the way i do it is really ineficient for the most common people(its good for me though)

Assuming each server has a data folder, generally all you should need to do is switch them out depending on which server you want to play on. If they use custom .grf's and such in the /RO folder it's be pretty tedious to switch though. If you have the hard drive space just do a second install of kRO to another folder (like C:\Program Files\Gravity2\RO).

there's also an alternative method to playing 2 servers, it works best if both of the 2 servers have the same sprites and data though.... and they can both be run on the same sclient, just by opening the C:\Program Files\Grav*ty\RO\data folder (usually the default place) or where ever your RO\data folder is, open up the client, which should look something like this: (only the underlined part is an alternate server that you add in the spot, just ask for the server's client info, and if they have the same data/sprites we do, you shouldn't get any errors), then save the sclient, and open up RO how you normally would open it, you should get access to both servers when you go into clicking the dRO4.exe that you normally use to run dro with, it should give you both the choices of dro, and oliverRO when you enter (if you use this one, that is) oh, btw.... oliverRO = silly, they sell god eq for about 5 mil (yes, mjollnirs, megingjard, you name it).. they even have shops for all gear and rarities... if you did start playing it, it'd be fun for about...... 2-3 days.... just because it's not much fun anymore.... the rates are like, 7k/7k/100% all items....... 1 poring = lvl 47 -.-;.... it's rather dumb once you get bored, and the person who runs the server = has a $hi77y compie, it goes down often when people try to stockpile into it ... but hey, this is just an example..... hope it helped any ^^ ,|/,,

meh, it's probably because of the reason for advertizing, he wants us to stay on this one (which we all wanna do anyways) O-o;...... but i still wasn't advertizing (i actually was dissing oliverRO at it's silliness <_<) if that's advertizing.... man, people're stupid for going after it <_< :swt:
