DragonRO Resources
This is a listing of Files available for download to aid you in patching, playing and enjoying DragonRO. I hope these files will aid you in some way and if you have any suggestions for files you would like added here, Please PM Me.



Sakray Patchers:
Before using any of these patchers, please check to see whether you can patch using sakray.exe. If you are unable to patch using sakray.exe, try using the following patchers to update your sakray. NOTE: These Patchers are mainly 3rd party applications and have a chance of not patching successfully.

- SAKUP.EXE (71kb): This is a utility to help update your sakray which is to be used only if the sakray.exe patching process fails. Simply extract sakup.exe into your Gra*ity/RO Folder and run the program.
- PATCHUP.EXE (71Kb): Patchup.exe is a 3rd party Sakray patcher. This program may or may not work to patch your sakray. Use only if you had problems patching using the sakray.exe patcher or sakup.exe patcher. Simply extract patchup.exe into your Gra*ity/RO Folder and run the program.



DragonRO Executables:
If you were lacking executables from when you installed DragonRO or need more up to date executables, you can download them from here.

- SAK EX2.EXE (1.22 Mb): Sak Ex2.exe is the latest executable used for playing on DragonRO. Simply extract sak Ex2.exe into your Gra*ity/RO Folder and run the program.
- SAK XI.EXE (1.22 Mb): Sak XI.exe is an executable used to play on DragonRO. It is not the latest EXE, but works with all the new items. Use only if you cannot correctly run Sak Ex2.exe. Simply extract sak XI.exe into your Gra*ity/RO Folder and run the program.
- SAK XA.EXE (1.22 Mb): Sak Xa.exe is an older executable used for playing on DragonRO. This executable can be running alongside Sak Xi.exe or Sak Ex2.exe to allow the User to Dual Client their Ragnarok Installation. NOTE: Inactivity of 2 minutes from either executable will disconnect that particular client from the server. Simply extract sak Xa.exe into your Gra*ity/RO Folder and run the program.



DragonRO Auto-Patcher Patches:
This is a listing of patches that are downloaded automatically by the DragonRO autopatcher. If you have problems using the Auto-Patcher, you can download and install the following files to update your client. I DO NOT SUGGEST DOING THIS IF YOUR AUTO-PATCHER WORKS. Downloading the patches and manually installing them can cause problems. See below for special instructions in manually installing patches.

- CORE DATA 1 (5.5 Mb): Core data Section 1 for playing on DragonRO.
- CORE DATA 2 (6.6 Mb): Core data Section 2 for playing on DragonRO.
- CORE DATA 3 (5.3 Mb): Core data Section 3 for playing on DragonRO.
- CORE DATA 4 (5.5 Mb): Core data Section 4 for playing on DragonRO.
- CORE DATA 5 (5.8 Mb): Core data Section 5 for playing on DragonRO.
- CORE DATA 6 (6.1 Mb): Core data Section 6 for playing on DragonRO.
- CORE DATA 7 (5.6 Mb): Core data Section 7 for playing on DragonRO.
- Patcher Update (7 Kb): Critical Auto-Patcher update, which also includes the latest sclientinfo.xml.

To manually patch your client, you will need to install of the above patches(make sure to always click "Yes to All" when prompted to overwrite folders and files), then follow these steps:
1: Go into your Gra*ity/RO/data folder.
2: Create a new folder named "Backup"
3: Select all .txt files in the data folder and CUT them and place them in the backup folder.
4: Download the UPDATED DESCRIPTIONS (225 Kb) File.
5: Extract the contents of updated_descr.zip into your RO/data Folder.
It is CRITICAL that you REMOVE the .txt files from your /data folder before extracting the updated descriptions, as read/write access stop the files from being normally overwritten. This causes many errors within the game.



Miscellaneous Files:
The Following are just a couple of editors I found floating around on the internet. Good fun for those who like to mod their games to their liking. I, nor DragonRO takes responsibility for these files or what they do, you use them at your own risk.

- GRF EXTRACTOR (23 Kb): This is just a small 3rd Party Data File extractor for use with Ragnarok core data .grf files. It can extract the data for the user to have a play around with and make modifications to.
- SPRITE EXTRACTOR (6 Kb): This is just a small 3rd Party Sprite extractor for use with .spr files. It can extract the sprites for the user to have a play around with and make modifications to.
