i downloadind all the stuff and the autopatcher but i cant read the writing still so i dont know how to make an account so i can start playing what do i have to do is there a website that i have to go to are somthing?

To make an account:

Type in your desired username and then add _m or _f. This determines your character's gender. Then in the password box, type your desired password, and voila, you have an account!

ok having trouble again is the site down are somthing cause i logged in 1s but none of the character slots were showing so i logged out now im getting rejected from the server.

Try not to log in too much too quickly. Try again in an hour or so.

well im waiting then is there any advice i can get so when i start playing i went to the main site and i wanna become a Merchant.

Okay, this is what you do.
In an open character slot, you just select it and click the "create" button.
Pick your hairstyle with the <- and -> buttons, and the colour with the ^ button. Select your stats with that hexagon thing. These are what the stats do:

STR: Increases your attack power, and lets you carry more stuff. It's good for melee classes, like swordsman, theif, and merchant.
DEX: STR for Archers! It increases you chance to hit an enemy, and it increases your attack speed every 12 point or so. Also, every 14 points you have decreases the casting time of a skill by 10%.. Making instant cast 140.
AGI: It lets you dodge stuff. This is what assassins and rogues use. It increases your attack speed by a significant amount.
VIT: This is what gives you HP. It also gives defense. Great for swordsman class.
LUK: This is what gives you luck.. It increases drop rates by a little, increases perfect dodge (dodge any attack), and your critical hit rate. Great for hunters and snipers, because of blitz beat.

When you start, you will go into the novice training grounds. It will teach you almost everything you need to know in RO.

Once you get to job level 10, you can change class. Go to payon and go north up to the building. There is an NPC called Terra on the left side of the portal. She is the job changer. And then you're set!

ok thanks 1 more thing i made my account and everything but i signed out to go to work and now its saying im putting my password wrong. i keep trying over just incase i spelled it wrong but its not working.

Make sure you remove the _M from after your username.
