Name: Leatho
Age: Young. Not TOO young, but young enough.
Looks: A smallish built boy with jet black hair. His hair is pretty short, but his face is too serious to match his age. His eyes are green and reckless, and when he's happy sparks of joy dance around them. His proportions are pretty average, though his fingers are a bit longer than usual. He wears a leather jacket and pants, which are covered by a red cape-cloak (biggish cape with hood). His leg is broken but for some reason cannot be fixed with magic or naturally, and this he always carries a cane.
Animal Partner (Optinal): He has a carrier pigeon named Elle. She's well trained though pecks strangers, and he can sometimes send her to peck enemies' eyes out.
Is he/she completly human? or does he/she have some animal parts/behaviour: Totally human. His vision, though, can see perfectly around 40 feet farther than the average human.
Weapon: (Can be magic): He carries no weapon, but uses Manipulation magic to a great extent. Manipulation magic does not generate its own spells, but instead redirects or plays around with other magic in the area. Here is the spells I've made up for him for now:
- Snatch: If a spell that is up to decently strong is being cast, he can snatch the spell and use it for his own purposes. Instant spells can't be snatched.
- Amplify: If a spell is in the area he can make it up to twice as strong.
- Multiply: Weaker spells he can multiply to hit more.
- Split: Beneficial spells he can split and distribute between a few people, or harmful spells he can split and hurt multiple others, but the spells are weaker by the amount of people they are split into.
- Bounce: Deflects a spell, but only one hit. (If someone throws three fireballs in rapid succession, one fireball will be deflected, hopefully giving him the time to dodge the others)
- Support: Uses own energy to help another being cast spells quicker and with less energy.
Quick or long resume of your character's past: Pending.
Personality: Right now he's at a completely neutral alliance, but if he makes a friend, he becomes fiercely loyal to that friend. He's not easily manipulated into doing someone else's bidding unless they happen to be above person. Otherwise, he's pretty gentle. Seen often staring into midair.
Strengths:
Most magic usually won't touch him.
His sight is really good.
He thinks logically and has good sense.
Weaknesses:
His handicap really cripples him against physical fighters and certain mages who use instantaneous spells.
He can't cast his own destructive magic, merely manipulate others.
Someone who has gained his trust can very easily manipulate him.
He gets frustrated easily, and even if he is determined, it will affect his performance.
