A good topic title is necessary for quick and clean recognition of your needs.
Topic Title: [REQUEST] MEMBER - NEED
So, an example will be: [REQUEST] ImmunityBow - Restore
This way, a GM can skim through quite easily to see who's on first so that said GM can immediately help them.
If you have been waiting for upwards of 72 hours, you may post this:
[REQUEST] MEMBER - NEED - LENGTH WAITING
Example given: [REQUEST] ImmunityBow - Trapped - 4 days
If evidence is found that you have not been waiting this long, a GM may get angry and therefore your future needs will not be quickly attended to.
However, if you're trapped, or have seen bots, hackers or cheaters or anything you feel necessary, you may use this tag:
[URGENT] MEMBER (- NEED)
Example given: [URGENT] ImmunityBow
If you are trapped: [URGENT] ImmunityBow - Trapped in Airport
For bots, hackers or cheaters, simply use the URGENT tag, and your username/ingame name so we can contact you ingame or on the forums.
A topic description is unnecessary, but can be useful if you want to provide a slightly more specific description.
Request format*:
At the head you will specifically state what you need, your ingame character's name and any other aliases you might have.
In the body you will post any screenshots you may have. You may wish to PM this to a GM instead of giving away your equips to other WoE rivals. State that you wish to PM the screenshot here if you wish to do so.
At the foot you may add anything but flames.
Example given:
During the rollback I lost a Thara Frog Card and a Buckler [1]. My characters are ImmunityBow, EnchantedStrings and SoulSpell.

Bot/Hacker/Cheater report format:
A Bot/Hacker/Cheater has been found! State which.
State how bad the infraction is. (Not what it is)
State all your ingame characters.
State all other witnesses and every character you know of theirs.
Example given:
A guild of cheaters has been found! (Note how no names are stated)
There is probably an upward of 5 people found.
My characters are ImmunityBow and EnchantedStrings.
Another witness is Gaara, who is also Anselmo.
A GM will PM you, and you will state who and what the infraction is, and any screenies you may have. Any further information will also be nice.
Misuse of the [URGENT] tag will result in discredibility and perhaps even a punishment.
If you follow these guidelines, GMs will have a much easier time dealing with requests. Notice how no names or procedures are being stated during the Bot/Hacker/Cheater, this is to minimize people taking advantage of this cheat or glitch before it is fixed, and also prevents flame wars.

Sounds good. But also, if you need something that you don't know where it goes, THINK before you post. Don't just say, oh i guess it's URGENT since Me, Myself & I want it.
