Title: Programming/Scripting
NukeFall - March 23, 2007 08:45 PM (GMT)
Just Wondering How many People out there program, for lineancy I will include scripting languages in this poll (HTML etc.)
For me I use:
Lisp
C++
QBASIC
HTML
Javascript
Since its not a real "lanugage" I didnt list it, but programming using C++ for the GBA was quite an experience as it has its own SDK.
I just recently finished up making a quick program in lisp to calculate the sum and mean of lists of data, In a few minutes I could probably whip up a std deviation and variance version too. (couldnt post this and in the time I couldnt I whipped up one heh)
EDIT: Gah it wont let me make it multi choice ; ;, so just choose the one you prefer the most... and list the ones you use underneath

Perl? I was looking into that for making this web page thingy that would parse alot of .txt files that I had set up somewhere, I kind of got distracted by lisp though hahah.

Both Perl and Lisp are nice. I know relatively nothing about either of them lol. My main forte is MAX/MSP...

I'm learning Python, does that count? Oh and I'm also learning Ruby.

I would have put ruby down, but it would just have been a / with python. And learning definatly counts as no matter how good you are at a language you are surely still learning new stuffs with it.
