i also don't really play anymore... cause well, not enought of player and i am bored to restart all the time my character and i just don't really like the server anymore with all the change and stuff.

I voted yes.. i still play.. But saying you don't play because no one plays is half retarded. If everyone doesnt play because no one plays then no one will ever play.

I already thought about it -_-, but it wont change anything if i restart playing right now, ppl wont join cause a new player restarted anyway.

Still. There is no motivation if there isn't anybody on...

Good proof is that I tried inviting people to this server and they refused my offer because I said it usually only has about 5 people on at any given hour.

To be perfectly honest, I don't play anymore because RO just got dull.

Same, any RO server is just boring for me.. but if I ever need to play one, or ever NEEDED, dRO!

The reason its boring possibly is because if you log on and theres not alot of ppl or alot of your friends wanting to do something then its going to be boring. 10 3 way rates could get agonizeingly frustrateing also cause its pretty hard to get anything and its pretty hard to lvl up.
Truthfully would you guys start playing again if the Rates were doubled or even possibly tripled? this would also atract some ppl cause of the rates and i could invite some ppl.

A Rate up would probably attract new players, the only thing is historically there has been opposition to it... (Personally I don't have huge opposition to 15/15/15 or 20/20/20)

Yea cause higher rates get ppl more interested and would probably bring some of the old players back cause they get to lvl up faster and they are possibly gonna be more interested, includeing new people.

He simply asked about whether or not @autoloot and @whodrops worked (with the @whodrops probably should be working). He also didn't suggest a 100k server, from his other posts thats kind of obvious (as it seemingly ruined his former server). He is simply making a few suggestions and help out the community..

I don't play for a few reasons.
1- Too much work. I get up, eat, work, then go to my other work, come back, work, and go to sleep. (saving money is a biatch)

2- DRO is RO. The D in RO makes DRO so cool! But it's that RO is so old and I've played so many better games. I mean, FFXI is god compared to RO not to mention that I have a crap load of new games that I bought but never played.

3- DRO is in the wrong hands. Who the hell trusts anything to Cuis? It was doomed from the start XD It's okay Cuis, we still somewhat love ya :P

4- I heard RO2 is crap, so dRO, work your magic! Make dRO2 awesome!!

5- Sheeva doesn't have time to play RO, actually if she had time and I could pull some time out of my butt, I'd be happy to join again. =)

In the end, dRO is one of the better servers to play RO on, that is if people would actually play like before. I've been here since almost the beginning and it's possibly one of the more greatest things I've ever done in my life (if you look at the events that its lead). So join dRO and see where it takes you!

thanks for taken my back on that one Nuke, when i said triple the rates possibly he musta got the idea i wanted a 100k server or soemthing (plus triple 10 = only 30 i think)

I think the only way to get me back is to give me back my old characters. Rates wont matter to me I just worked hard to make them all. As did so many other people that left the server.

But then you'd be pooning us all!!! :( They were like 99..

Agreed, how many times has my maxed out characters been wiped? There are always these "upgrades" to wipe them but every time this is done, a lot of people leave. I remember when there were like 5 wipes inside a month, it was a brutal month o.o;;

Of course people generally say "if you don't like it you can just leave" and that creates arguments and angry people leaving and never coming back. It's not just dRO that's going down, all RO servers are dying. RO is generally too old and too repetitive to enjoy for so long and new people who are into MMO's are more into games like warcraft.

What to do?

Start a new community on some other game? ^o) Iuno. Dragon(game here)

Well the only "Major" problem with character bringing backing to me is more of a technical one, because dRO died for so long and then came back with new policies (some of which are still shakey), it would require some time to sort through and make the old characters stick to those policies, it creates a lot of work, but anything is doable given enough time.

Theres Wipes on the server o.o? o god thats not good can someone fix that T_T. IF there is wipes on the server y not after each wipe have rates like on a high server for like 2 days to get ppl back to where they were i mean its better then haveing them start all over again. I know this post right here is saying somewhat THROW HIGH RATES IN THERE. but i mean this is only fair if theres going to be a wipe -.-

No wipes have occurred since it has come under cuisi's supervision, unless my memory is actually worse than I thought 0.0 and a lot of time wipes are accidental in which restores of characters is preformed.

ah ok well thats good then i might actually be able to make a whitesmith then o.o.
btw does anyone have any oridecon I could buy/have??
