Where can I find the most recent Sakray and Kro patchs?

On the Top of this Page theres a red "phrase" if you will "Guide to dling DRO" these are updated up to 2007 january 07 I think which isnt bad youll have to patch sak and Rag took 6 min eachish on my comp.
