Errr... I'm probably one of the few who still like Harry Potter, despite the fact that it's now just a pathetic excuse to get Ms. Rowling a ton of money. The first three books are the best.

I think dumbledoor stays dead but harry dies right after hermoine and harry get into a moment, it's one of the last scenes, and after they confessed their love for each other and shit, harry gets killed in the final battle scenes.

That bird thing also gets killed, and ron gets his right arm amputated. overall, the book only gets really violent about 2/3 through it and then at the end. There is a happy ending though, no more harry potter books :)
