That's right, DragonRO, there is a new patch coming soon, with many exciting updates!

What do the wings do?

They're just there. Action wings are an effect of wings that open and close (or flap, if your aspd is fairly high) as you attack.

You mean their stats?

The mini-wings reduce damage from demon enemies by 3%, and increase AGI + 1, LUK + 1, and MDEF + 3
The actionwings reduce damage from demon enemies by 5%, and increase AGI + 5, LUK + 5, and MDEF + 10

moar slotted bottom headgear plx?

Mini-Wings has 1 slot
Actionwings has 1 slot
Mudkips hat has 2 slots

Shotgun making the evil quests for them ^.^

Action Wings I think are a bit too imba. Try perhaps +3 AGI? Because it's slotted, too.

All depends how hard the quest is.

No. What slot do they go in? 'Cause if it's headgear, headgear cards all SUCK - that's a well known fact so it's not like you'll be able to pair them with anything else to give super aspd or anything.

*EDIT* I just checked they go on your middle HG slot - What would you slot into them? Willow? +150SP woooo! SEWPER SKEEREY! or Orc Hero? Lol no stun and 3 vit HOHO IMBA.

...or dark illusion (20% less casting time) (also stackable)
...or Arc Angeling ( SP + HP/SP recovery in uber amounts)
...or Maya Purple (able to detect Hidden enemies)
...or Mistress (Allows casting of skills without the use of gems)
...or Pharaoh (reduces sp consumption of all skills by 30%) (also stackable)

..Those are the only good headgears cards that I know of :)

Of coarse these are hard ass cards to get, But if its possible it should still be considered.

So when are these patches happening? I want to do some quests! And these quests better have NPC's in game and static. This crap about non-static quests going around is a bunch of nonsense.

Im with you trunks. If you wanna go hand out different quests for different people you i would HOPE they would be the same difficulty. i.e 100 fluff > 100 clover.

Thats right, Right down to how many mobs drops it and what % rate it is. Goodluck making 3 quests the same. So far the GM team havnt been able to round up ONE quest or some items, never lone 3.

Angeling hat was the first, because everyone bitched about it until I went and got 10 poring hats and auctioned them all off. But yeah. That quest isn't doable anymore, so... I think rewrites for the Quest NPCs are gonna happen soon...

In any case... static quests do win, indeed.
