The Brocca is dropped by Lord Knight Seyren, and so cannot be quested for.
However, you may quest for a Refined Brocca, if you like.

Last I knew there were still no forum quests. Gohan and Jay were working on the wing and the refined quests, but that the last thing I heard about that.

The best way to start a forum quest is to first read all the rules. If you want to know if it is possible to Quest for an Item, try posting a topic like:
QA> Refined Brocca
That would be the best way to ask if you are able to quest for them.
And you are allowed to quest for the refined items, but don't expect them to be easy to obtain. I still support trying to kill LK MVP for the real one.
But I will talk to Shado and maybe he can help me make up a quest for it. I am kinda not really AFK anymore, just super busy with school work.

Lol I tried LK seyren once, the problem is I cant even kill the seyren windsors (except for on my creator) if I sacrifice my homunculus first because they walk reallly fast.
