Yes you can take ShadO's word on a quest as approval, if he needed to wait for GM approval he would not have been made GM. Also red= scarlet just depends on what data base you look at for the name.

Well IIRC Bone Helm is dropped by Dark Lord. Who is only killable by a couple of people on this server. Seeing as how Rahim already has a +5 one though, maybe +6 might be better. Your call.

I have a +6 one....but thats not the point, I just don't think its too hard for this item. It accounts for the 7 extra defense.

Sorry I didnt realise that dark lord dropped it with so high a %. i thought only dark illusion and kahiltsburg(spelling phail) did at lower chances. yes it will remain +6
