DragonRO is currently down for some server maintenance and upgrades. New kRO items and such to arrive soon! I shall post here when it is up again.

Make sure to start through DragonRO.exe (the patcher) or you won't be able to connect!

Everything is new, so it is my high suggestion that everyone patch their RO and Sakrays. If you can't for whatever reason, download the Full Installer by clicking on the "No" button in the Downloads Section.

Is max atsp back down to 190 or was I lagging (srsly I lagged like hell earlier today).

190 is where it should be IMO, 195 is too high. It over powers classes that can achieve High atk speeds. Seeing as how 190 isnt low, I don't think its a big deal.

Well 190 is really easy to achieve, even clowns can get it...and lowering it to 190 would just make 175~180 not a bad atk speed...

I patched everything but I get an error everytime I try to open my eqipment menu (alt+Q) any ideas why?

I got the SAME error, you have to uninstall and do the All-in-one install (atleast thats what I had to do)

Grav!ty changed their equip menu. It now has a new button (which I'm not sure what it does yet) and a new background skin.

So, you have to patch your sakray. If you error when you open that menu that means your sakray isn't patched. Plain and simple.

I say lower attack speed to 155 or less, so novices can become epic again

Max atsp is 193 now.

This would cause clowns to error everyone, you know :D

Clowns actually can achieve the highest attack speed of any class in any server (ties count). So, say, if you put on 300 atk spd cap, Clowns can reach it.

193 is fine though, if Harmonic Lick works again...

while we are at it we can change instacast to 200 dex. if you can achieve it though numbers, you should get the atkspd. i dont think it should be capped at all. if I can somehow manage to earn over 195 then why shouldn't I be able to use it? instacast works if you can achieve it. besides even 195 can only be achieved through use of skills and equipment. (like berzerk or those knives that give you max for however long) no one is walking around with 195 all the time.

sorry for the double post. actual max atkspd is 200 imbow. if you get that it will instakill anything. because it means there is NO delay between attacks. uncapped atkspd would be 199

And 200 isn't no delay between attacks, its just really really fast, but possible to get with 999 agi and 8 doppel cards

201 is instant-kill regardless of damage

However, for anything above 199, its basically a matter of how much damage you can do before you error (which happens in how long your ping is seconds)

AtkDelay = 200 (hundredths of a second) - Atkspd.

200 - 200 = 0 = no delay or instaAtk. error would happen only when data transfer rate could not keep up.

200 - 201 = -1 hmm I wonder why you error... delay is a negative number

201 you would error because you attack faster than you attack... it'd be a time paradox

200 dex is only achievable by Snipers, Clowns and Dancers IIRC. Snipers only really win in that respect because of True Sight.

Max dex (including Event ticket equips) IIRC is 221, but I can't be sure, as my own calculations were 201 XD

Ha ha Mekai RO. Yea the only class able to achieve 201 is GM which is basically insant kill, after that its duel dagger sinx with 8 doppel cards in these custom weapons that give +50 agi ea. With 999 agi and 999 dex and 999 luk +ancient mimic card, valkyrie helm (in that server it gives like 200 all stats and it costs 10 bucks). +berserk pitcher, full adrenaline rush and like a bunch of other custom stuffs that gives agi. Also thanatos odium card (i think) on a footgear upgraded to like +99.

Yea you end up with like 999+1500 agi. Its gay and soo boring.
