I'm jealous, my girl is working all day. we don't celebrate valentines day anyway, i just wish I could see her. We feel its best not to show your love for someone on one specific day per year. you should treat the person you love like that every day. You should get them presents because you want to. not because its a holiday. besides, roses are cheaper all other times of year.

I never said I give her a gift every day. I just treat her like shes the most wonderful person in the world everyday because I think its true. Its how I feel everyday. if I get her a gift, its even more special because there was no obligation at all. I strictly did it because I wanted to.
pro tip: women love surprise gifts FAR more than expected ones /no1 (am I wrong girls?)

I must admit.. as a girl, it is really awesome to receive a gift when theres no holiday attached, when it's just because they wanted to. ^_^ But I do think it's nice to have a day for lovers <3
Yeah, Gary and I went out to dinner on tuesday night because we figured that tonight was going to be CRAAAAZY~~~~ So on tuesday we had Kowloon's aaaaall to ourselves ^_^ it was perfect

I know what you mean. and I do little things for her throughout the year. but valentines day is a perfect excuse to take her downtown, dinner for two, get a nice room in a nice hotel and breakfast in bed...
