It said I could quest for it in the quest section rules so I might as well. I cant really find the NPC ingame if the quest is ingame.

We will have to see if there is a quest in game for it. If there is you will have to use that, the rules were written a while ago, and at the time there may not have been a quest in game for that item.

Also I cant find the skeleton manteau quest NPC so it may have left with the sunflower hairpin one.

It was my pitiful consolation prize for returning my LK Seyren card *Shakes angry fist* but I have a deviling hat now which looks cooler and is only slightly worse.

Oh So Gaara did NOT do a quest for it, so maybe we should make a quest? OR decide that since it was compensation for a donation prize that its a unique item that no one else can have?

one off the best parts of this server is that donations dont give you any real advantage. its a donation not a store. if theres no way to obtain it in game, forum quest.
