Again 99 crit is not worth the effort, with a Sinx using a katar in essence your crit rate is doubled, so you only need like 50~60 crit to always hit with them, but when you focus so much on crit, your HP is low, and you don't do as much damage as you could if you were based on dex for hitting. Personally if you want to be a Great sinx, you need to have a Phree card, and then you don't need the stats in LUK for the crit, because you can hit things normally, and do really decent damage.

From personal experience, my regular attacks hit more than some peoples crits.

Your build is fine, but ALWAYS have 99 AGI, str is not as important

NB: you don't need agi if you want to go soul breaker, but you can if you want to
