Title: Wings Quest

I have all the items for action wings that the npc asks for (quadruple checked by both me and rahim) yet it keeps saying I'm missing something
Is it broken, or do you need something it doesn't ask for?

5-Blades of Darkness
20-Chivalry Emblems
50-Oridecon
50-Elunium
200-Soft Feathers
500-Feathers
500-Little Evil Wing
Make sure you have all those items, I will go in game and see for myself right now and post back again.

Okay so I just checked and the NPC appears to be broken. Just make sure you have all the items listed above, and if you see a GM in game you can exchange the items for the wings while we work on getting the NPC fixed.
