I was wondering if you guy would know a site or something that allow us to send 1 unique flower anywhere in the world. And I say 1 flower because I don't want to send a whole bouquet xD I don't want to spend 100$ on a bouquet for nothing Lol XD so yea. (i want to send 1 rose)

nah, like I said, i was wondering if its possible to send 1 rose, not more, it all come in bouquet but I only want 1.. but yea I don't think its possible lol
All you have to do is call your local florist and ask them if they carry long stem roses and ask them to send 1 to where ever you want it to go to. It is possible. People do it all the time.
