Title: PSP
Hugo - May 12, 2009 03:39 AM (GMT)
I want to buy a PSP but I would like to know which one I should buy? and what I should buy with it. I need to buy a memory card right? and is there something else I should buy with all that? anything useful? something to protect the PSP? etc.
Thank you

Get the 2000 slim that's hackable ahaha and get a 4 GB memory stick or 8 GB memory stick and no need for protection, every PSP will die someday.

My psp is shit now. Battery lasts for like 30 mins b4 running out. Srsly, I played over 9000 hours of DJ max on it. And, I'm unstoppable.

Don't think you can mod 3000... So No final fantasy Dissidia for you.

OH you must be talking about the Zune right? (I actually kinda like the zunes)
Call me old fashion but I like bulky things. They tend to feel nicer in the palm of your hands, and girls just love it. I'm sure the PSP-3000 will be hackable soon enough. Everything is :P
FFD looks like a freaking awesome game, I really want to play it so bad! I watched a friend of mine play it (the jap import.. donno if they differ very much) and it was crazy awesome!
If you're afraid to break your handheld, get a DS. Anything made by nintendo is godlike to the point of being dragged by a car at 20mph for a mile and still playable afterwards.

You see, your saying this about the DS, but I have a freind who has had 3 DS's because theyve broken by being dropped on a carpeted floor. One of which broke straight after he got it out of the packaging by being dropped.
I have dropped PSP's on countless occasions and have yet to break one.
Kanoga - May 14, 2009 12:20 PM (GMT)
DS phat is invincible.
DS Lite, not so much. DSi I have no idea.
I've dropped my PSP slim quite a few times and it's fine too.
Kinzoku - May 14, 2009 12:44 PM (GMT)
My brother's DS hit the floor and snapped in half. It still works. :D
elrahimo - May 14, 2009 02:49 PM (GMT)
Countless utube vids of people trying to break their DS's.
On occasion people run it over with a car, and it still works

I think being open and closed makes a difference.....

Lol!
But yea, i got 2 DS (one lite, one dsi) and my DS Lite broke in my school bag for unknown reason lol, it still work but the 2 screen are like.. separated. now I take really really care of my DSi and my PSP, i will probably buy a plastic cover for the PSP.
Hedgie - May 15, 2009 03:38 AM (GMT)
I heard a lot of bad stuff with the DS Lite. My gf doesn't break hers because she doesn't bring it everywhere she goes, but a few people I know had bad luck with them. I don't know, I never really broke any game systems before. I dropped my original gameboy two years ago down a flight of stairs 3 times and it works perfectly fine. The screen is barely scratched but I have no reason to play with it, and I don't think I can find 4 AA batteries around the house these days :P Curses lithium ion batteries!
Trunks - May 15, 2009 05:29 AM (GMT)
I seriously doubt my PSP could hold up to any amount of damage my DSlite could......
I have to say this though, I wish my PSP wasn't glossy on the front. Fingerprint Hell is what that is. They should have just made both sides that normal plastic style..........oh well...
Hugo - May 16, 2009 04:15 AM (GMT)
2 time that I droped my DS Lite on the floor, the cartridge jumped off the DS o.o , one time I was even playing so I lost what I was doing!
The only invincible thing that I own is my Ipod Nano 3. lolll the screen cant be scratched and for the rest, its like invincible x) i once droped it in the rain while I was walking, i droped it right on my foot and since I was walking, i kicked it in mud -.- still work perfectly :) and I also droped it in class without knowing and my chair legs was right on the control pad o.o, a lot of scratch on it now but still work!
mrgogogas - May 23, 2009 04:07 AM (GMT)
The most invincible thing I've owned was my thinkpad.
I played quake 3 on that thing. I played half life and beat the shit out of zombies, both in-game and IRL. Using that T20. It has a windows 98 license on it. <3
