Making an account n stuff, help mee!!

Unregistered	First of all.... I got the menu up n stuff right... but how do i select the dRO server and hwo do i make an account,... because everytime i make an acc i get korean stuff i cant read and than i dont know what to do and it doebnst make my acc!!! HELP ME!!
