Step two: download firefox to surf the internet better
Step three: enjoy.

Download a spyware cleaner.

Run the spyware, delete anything it finds.

Empty your temp folders.

--------------

Either way. That is NOT a virus. IE doesn't have any form of internets protection as a matter of fact. Just no matter what you do, DO NOT click that messages OK button. It will screw you over.

Pro Edit: Also do not download the free windows anti-spyware. It is a resource hog. Spybot search and destroy is pretty good. Thats the one I use, and I'm sure there are a few other really good programs out there.

How to empty the temp folders?

I tried Ad-aware, Norton Anti-virus, BitDefender, Spybot Search & Destroy, Kaspersky, none of them could find anything, they only made me delet some file which made us loose A LOTTTTTT of files, but I recovered it so now I guess its okay -.- but I feel like my PC is slower then it was before I ran all those anti-virus/spyware stuff...

Options:

1. Reformat.
2. Find out the process that's causing it and kill it with hijackthis.
3. Edit the registry.

Those are your choices, and next time stop looking at free porn. It's never actually free.
